Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility (24-Hours Return Window)

We accept returns within 24 hours of receiving your order ONLY if:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in perfect condition
  • The product still has all original tags, labels, and packaging
  • The product is the same as delivered (no swaps or replacements)
  • You provide proof of purchase (order number, receipt, screenshot, or confirmation email)

After 24 hours, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Worn or used items
  • Damaged items caused by customer handling
  • Items missing original packaging or labels
  • Final clearance products
  • Customized or special request items

3. Refund Options

If your return is approved, you may receive:

a. Full Refund (Original Payment Method)

  • Refunded back to your Paystack payment method or bank card
  • Processing time:
    • Paystack/Bank card: 3–7 business days
    • Bank transfer: 1–3 business days

b. Store Credit / Replacement

You may choose to receive store credit to use on future purchases or exchange the item for another product of equal value.


4. Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you received:

  • A wrong item,
  • A damaged item, or
  • A defective product,

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • A clear photo or video of the item
  • Order number
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange:

  • Replacement
  • Exchange
  • Or full refund (depending on your preference)

5. Return Process (Simple Steps)

To initiate a return:

    • Reason for return
  3. Wait for our approval and return instructions.
    Items returned without approval will not be accepted.

6. Return Shipping Cost

  • If the item delivered was wrong, damaged, or defective, we may cover the return shipping.
  • If you are returning the item because you changed your mind, the shipping cost is your responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the package is dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible until you receive the item and request a return (within 24 hours).
